Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

  • You must inspect your order and contact us at stylesouljewelry@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. After this period, we cannot investigate the issue.
  • To process a claim, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the entire package being opened without any cuts or edits.
  • The product must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all packaging.
  • If your claim is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and you must ship the item back within 48 hours.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether you are eligible for store credit or a replacement.

Important Notes & Non-Acceptable Reasons for Returns

We will not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Minor Issues: We cannot accept returns for minor issues such as beads or stones falling off during transit, as these can be easily fixed with fabric glue.
  • Bent Earring Stems: In some cases, earring stems may be intentionally bent to prevent breakage during transit. This is not considered damage.
  • Color and Texture Variations: There may be slight variations in the color, shade, and texture of the product due to photographic lighting or screen settings. We aim for up to 99% similarity to the actual product.
  • Handcrafted Nature: Small metal filings over stones are a result of our handcrafting process and are not considered defects.
  • Personal Preference: We do not accept returns if you change your mind, order by mistake, or if the product does not meet your personal preference or size expectations.
  • Shipping Issues: We cannot accept returns for shipping delays caused by couriers, a missed event date, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages that were refused or had failed delivery attempts.

 

Please note that all items are thoroughly checked, and a video is recorded before they are shipped to ensure quality and condition.
